Just to save others the work on future occassions, this is what I came up with today:

Air Transports

They require 24-hour notice to ship an animal. No temperature restrictions, though a good rule of thumb is, not above 85 Fahrenheit or below 20 Fahrenheit.
Price ranges (depending on weight of animal and crate combined):
10lbs. – 50lbs. $189
51lbs. – 70lbs. $239
71lbs. – 100lbs. $299

Northwest Airlines

Sarah, United has stuff too but I can't seem to find the link when I was looking for Stacy first and then for Neo.

Northwest prices change depending on if you are sending VIP or as Cargo...some airports only allow you to fly VIP since they don't have a cargo area, and that is based solely on weight.

Cargo is based on crate size, where flying and a little bit on weight. They have a downloadable database with all of that nonsense on it.
