With thoses who have dogs that have Hover style eating habits....... do they slow down with age??
Max eats like there's no tomorrow. He practically inhale his food, in about 3 or 4 gulps. I am starting to notice him slowing down, just a TAD.
Do yours slow down with age?? Or am I going to see this for the next 10 years?

Tucker is 2 and I swear that boy CAN'T taste his food as fast as he eats it!! :floor he has been that way since we adopted him in January. We have to feed Decker and Tucker seperately now. Decker eats slow and Tucker will chow down on Decker's food if he even walks away for a minute!

Finn used to eat slower until we switched to raw! Now, he's as bad as Fischer!

I have 3 raquet balls in Odin's food bowl hoping it would slow him down a little. It's helped a little, but he's still finished in about 3 minutes. He hasn't always eaten like this, it just started about a year ago. I used to be able to leave the bowls down with food in them, but now he'll finish his food and then try for Loki's. I wish I knew what triggered it and how to slow him down. He usually gives a good belch after down it like that, just like a male!
