We have a chain around us called Three Dog Bakery, and their snacks and toys are also available at Target.

They have a cookbook geared towards doggy snacks. They use all people-food to make their snacks. Just no sugar, chocolate etc.

For example, they have a Peanut biscut where the only ingredients are natural peanut butter, flour and skim milk. Our dogs love them. They also have one with oats, mashed banana, vanilla extract and some other ingredients.

If you are into making your own treats for your dogs, and all you bakers out there, you should find this cook book. Amazon.com has it.

it is my dogs first birthday at the end of the month and i fancy baking him some nice treats! (mind, he wont be eating them all in one go!)
