I found this recipie on the internet and thought it looked yummy (not or me of course!) It looks like it would be a good thing to make along with liver brownies -- personally I think I can make these easier than the liver brownies!

TUNA / SALMON FUDGE

2 6-oz cans Tuna OR 1 14 oz can Salmon - do not drain
1 1/2 cups flour
1 TBS garlic powder or minced garlic (optional)
2 eggs
grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Process tuna, garlic and eggs in food processor or blender (or mix in a bowl). Add flour and mix to a brownie-like consistency. Spread into a 9x9-inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. When the brownies are done, they will have a putty-like texture and the edges will pull away from the sides of the pan.

Cut into squares and freeze.

That looks like something both Kendal and Zaida (resident feline) might enjoy. Also, looks easier then the liver brownies and less messy. Of course, will still need to make them since they are Kendal's favourites.:)

i made a batch of these yesterday using tuna and no cheese. i baked it at 1/4" thickness at 250* for 40 min. then cut into bite-sized bite-sized squares with a pizza cutter.

then i broke them all loose from the pan and put in them in for another 20 min to make them crispy and hard so they last longer.

chester loves them and its an easy and cheap recipe
