Jessa was the emaciated Lab in TN, that had been taken to vet and they found out she had been shot. The vet took care of her.

Yesterday, Jessa was able to make a transport and she went to a foster home in Massachusetts to be loved, cared for and FATTENED up a little. Then she'll be ready for a forever home.
