    Are these good prices? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the price is per LB or per unit where indicated.

Besides this, my parents are hunters and BIG into eating what they kill. As much as possible. It pains them to throw anything out. So, they are happy to give me elk and deer scraps.

Where would you be getting this stuff at? Yes; these are good prices as long as the meat is human grade.

Good prices. The only things I would buy for less would be whole chicken at 89 cents/lb and boneless breasts and thighs for $1.77/lb. My buy price for pork used to be $1.89/lb but it's so much more expensive this year.

Yes, those prices are good. I have been looking for a source of mackerel? Is it whole fish? Do they ship? If it's not local - sometimes it's the shipping that will kill the price. We joined a co-op and they buy in bulk which helps with the shipping costs.

It's a local meat distribution facility. It's human grade meat. No shipping, sorry! I think the mackeral are whole, but I'm not sure...

I bought some chicken at the giant discount store this weekend to get started and that was cheap, but this is half that, so I'm excited! I spent $100 on chicken (plus two beef hearts I'm saving for later - $4 total on discount) which created nearly three weeks worth of meals for the two dogs plus the cat! Normally I would go through 1.5 bags of dog food during this time at $72 per bag. So, once I start getting food here, it will be a lot less. All veggies are "free" as they are from my or my parents' gardens.

No way am I purchasing whole chickens anymore. So gross and messy.
