It's the weekend. We all have lives.

I don't know too much about raw, but it looks a little high in organ meat to me. The vegetables/fruits and meat to bone ratio looks fine.

Ten percent organ is what you want, with at least five being liver, so you're good.

Also you can introduce a new protein now that you've done chicken for two weeks. You want at a min. four different proteins. I recommend turkey next.

    How are the stools?

Supplements depend. I use kelp and alfalfa. Quarter tsp 3x a week. Quality fish oil (Nordic naturals). And on occasion a digestive enhancer. I also started adding Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with 'mother' to help with flea and tick season.

Personally, if I were adding veggies I would choose kale over green beans.

    Good luck! Keep us posted.

We really like Springtime "Longevity". It has a bunch of great stuff in it that saves time and space in lieu of a slew of supplements. The dogs love it. I left the canister open on the counter and one of our more finicky cats was eating it so it must be tasty!

Looks to me like you got your meat ratios about right, maybe 5% less organ meat. Too much organ meat can cause loose stools. Also, you want to make sure that your chicken/bones portion has at least 50% muscle meat in it. If you're feeling nervous, remember that even if your measurements are a little off, what you are feeding your dog is far supperior to a kibble or canned food diet.

I'm using NuPro as an all around supplement. Good luck and let us know how you and your dog are doing.
