    Powder supplements in raw

I have a new powder supplement for the boys. I think it smells like fish, so thought they'd eat it up. It's not like a white powder, but looks more natural.

They each get a TB at each meal and a lot of it is getting wasted. I've thought about mixing it in yogurt or ground meat or tripe. Also, maybe beating it with an egg.

How do the rest of you raw feeders get supplements like this into your dogs?

Mine get a powdered supplement in the morning, it must taste really good though b/c I just dump it straight on their plates and they lick it all up. If yours won't lick it up, I'd say to try mixing it with tripe/gound meat/or maybe even an egg.

We just added another powder supplement to our raw - turmeric. We also use salmon oil and just kind of mix it all together so the powders and oil coat the meat. The bowls come back licked clean. I agree with the adding of egg or yogurt - our dogs love both!

If I'm feeling creative, I'll mix the supplement with coconut oil, fish oil, in mashed veggies, etc. OR, when I'm feeling lazy, lol I'll just throw it in the bowl and pour water over it. Makes a gravy and they eat it no problem

I use NuPro supplement. I mix a teaspoon of this powder with a little water to make a gravy and add it to her raw ingedients. My girl licks the bowl clean every time.
