I live in Osc. County, and was just curious to know if there was anyone close to this area, or if anyone meets up in the Central Florida area? I would love to be able to meet up with a couple of people, and perhaps have the chance to bring Kobey with me. Kobey doesnt have the chance to meet many labs except for the one down my street who isn't out a lot, and when my neighbor's daughter brings her's over, which isn't a lot either.

I live in Daytona Beach, FL. Kelso also doesn't have the chance to meet a lot of labs. Except when we go to the dog beach. Lots of labs go there. We run into his breeder often there. Maybe we could arrange a day to let hte dogs meet and have fun. We could see if there was a dog park somewhere in between the two of us. I think that would be fun.

I am in South GA, only about 15 miles from the FL line, so I would love to make it to your gathering. I am only about 2.5 hours from Disney. Let me know when you want to get together. Cotton would love to meet new labbies!

I am in Jacksonville, FL.
My babies don't get a chance to meet any other dogs because I am leary of the way they play. They tend to sound rather vicious when they play.

I will be living in Titusville after the middle of September. We just sold our house here in Maryland and will be heading there after the closing. Katie would love to play with other labbies. The place our house is in Titusville is THE GREAT OUTDOORS RV RESORT and they have a fenced doggy park. Anyone in the area after we get back there is more than welcome to visit. I just have to let the guard know you are coming and he lets you in.
Where is there a good water area for Katie to play? |

Ponce Inlet is a great beach place for the dogs. If you come into Port Orange (which is one of the exits before Daytona) and follow Dunlawton all the way until it ends on A1A, make a right and follow A1A til it ends, there is the dog beach. Its $3.50 for the day and you have to keep all pups on a leash but they love it....The water is usually really nice down there. And then, if you have a boat, the disapearing islands are awesome! You don't need a leash becauase its a small island. I would love to meet up with everyone!

Seminole County/Casselberry
We live about 45 minutes from Disney World. I would be interested in getting together and meeting new friends.

I would still love too. I've been looking for handicapped accessible, dog friendly area's around here, and there aren't many. I would love to be able to meet up in an area with water, but in my experiences with living here for the past 19 years, it seems like where there's water, there's sand or dirt, and where there's sand and/or dirt, its hell to get my wheelchair thru

Well, if we could find somewhere that wouldn't be too hard on your chair, I'd love to meet up!
