    Food

Hi all, so once Maci is all healed up from her spay, (this weekend will be 10 days) I want to switch her to a more quality food. She came from the foster on Rachel Rays Peak, and not that it’s bad, but a 12$ bag of food at the local supermarket just doesn’t scream ‘quality food’ to me. I’m debating between Acana and Fromm right now, but there’s so many options from each brand. I’m sure food is discussed a lot, but I’d like a solid answer one what you think would be better, and what type. She’s 9 months (they think) and id like to go straight to an adult or ALS food. Thanks everyone!

I've been feed Fromm for over 5 years and have no complaints.

You may want to post this in the Diet and Nutrition section for more responses. This is the Photo area.

Which type of Fromm do you feed? As I know there’s classic, gold, and four star.

I feed the 4 star food. I rotate the proteins, other than the chicken, and no white potatoes. I've had issues in the past with ear infections when feeding these.

There's a number of quality foods out there, no one food is magic.
    I feed Acana.
Got a pet store/food supplier you trust? Talk to them.

Any particular flavor? Regionals or singles?

Tried the singles, going back to regionals appalachian ranch, I "think" he prefers it. Laugh
If your pup likes fish, try something along that line, it's good for him, mine won't stay in the same room with fish anything.

I heard good things about the lamb and apple singles formula. Just can’t decide between Acana and Fromm.
