I've been rotating through Fromm GF (no chicken) and Salmon a la Veg with Sophie for almost 16 months now. I do it cold turkey with no issues. I'm pretty sure she's part goat, but in general, I try to do a slow transition. I'm goign to Royal Canin to Fromm with Bruce and I'm half and half with each food, and going to take another week to get completely switched over.
