Dumb question. Is this a solid, (like butter) or a liquid form? I've seen both.

Oh, and in this house we do a nutritional oil blend: fermented cod liver oil, fermented skate liver oil, butter oil, and coconut oil. All the people take it - I take cinnamon flavored, the boy (age 5) takes carob banana, and the husband takes unflavored. It's nasty stuff, but super nutritious. Jake the dog gets to lick the spoon after the boy takes his, which the boy finds hilarious. When I reach for the jar or "spoon vitamin", Jake runs over and sits in front of me licking his chops.
