Saw a new food at the local pet shop

Saw this at my local pet store a couple weeks ago, thought it looked interesting. Priced about the same as Fromm. Was wondering if anyone had used or heard of it. From Canada.

Says object moved but the link works.

yeah i buy their tripe/canned food as a bonus for the pups and have looked ovee their new kibble. i am
on the fence about adding it to the dog's rotation. tripe as main protein? we shall see.

i feed semi-rotation of brands. Go! being the mainstream
but they are now eating pulsar (from Horizon ) and we'll do boreal as well.

I picked up a small bag of the salmon to see how it goes. Dog food advisor gave it 4.5 stars.

Oh, they're the ones that make Tripett. I haven't seen the new stuff at my store, and they carry Tripett, so if it works out well that may be another food I might try, if I can convince the owners to get it in, that is. Keep us posted.

Will do. I mixed some in with their food tonight. Nice sized kibble, a little bigger that the Fromm Salmon Tunalini I'm feeding now. They woofed it right down as usual.

i always find kibble size funny. I feed lots of "all age" general formulas so the kibble ranges in size from line to line! the current food (Pulsar) is pretty big pieces.

As Sue said, keep us posted. I will likely go boreal next but may finally take the plunge and grab this one after that I need to go double check protein...

The salmon version is 30 gram protein. They definitely like the food. That being said, they will pretty much eat anything!

I mentioned it to my pet supply store yesterday. They like the company so they'll definitely be looking into it. Abby pretty much eats anything, although she never was that enthusiastic about Fromm.

I love Horizon. They were one of my "favorite" brands that I would rotate in before Milo won a year supply of Back to Basics...been feeding that for a while.

I opted to go with Boreal this time around VS this one. It was cheaper, the price poitn of pet kind was higher. Still on my radar to try though.
