Honestly, I would be leery of constantly adding stuff to a puppy’s food to get her to eat - that’s how you create a picky eater. I have no problems with toppers for older dogs, although mine only get them 1-2 times a week (mostly leftovers). And I don’t mind treats for puppies (mine just tasted leftover steak last night!) but I use them in the context of training, not as part of a meal.
With a puppy that was being fussy, I put the food down for 15 minutes and if they don’t eat it pick it up and they get nothing until the next scheduled meal. Eventually they will learn to eat what is in front of them rather than waiting for you to jump through hoops trying to get them to eat. A healthy puppy won’t starve itself, and missing a meal or two will not hurt it in the long run and your life will be much easier.

There is a diff. between being fussy and just perking up food, so you'd have to know what's up. We've always just added a bit of canned to dry food.
