Have always fed twice a day for adults with a cookie or two before bedtime. Careful measuring of the kibble is essential for weight maintenance.

Twice a day. Labs love to eat so much, why deny them the pleasure by just feeding them once??? Plus I would hate to eat one HUGE meal a day. I prefer a couple smaller ones myself! LOL

I have also always fed twice a day. One big meal just seems to much to me at one time. I am actually having a hard time at the moment taking away Aimees lunch. She is such a hungry little lab, its breaking my heart

Always TWICE a day. It is better to feed smaller meals, twice a day..instead of one large meal.

Better on the digestive system and also helps to avoid bloat.

Twice a day here also. I also give a snack before bedtime, after their last potty.

2x a day here as adults also. My litters however, are fed 4x a day. Puppies' digestive systems are not developed enough for 2 x even.

Twice a day with some treats. Make some experiments, you can try making treats for them yourself.

Have done both and didn't see any difference but it was not the same dog. I did find feeding raw twice a day made it harder to get amounts right and made it a lot more fiddly. I think quite a few who feed raw feed only once a day.
