We use Wet Noses, but not sure if they are distributed nationally...

We can get Wet Noses here.
Rely on a lot of fruits and veggies. Training treats are cheese, hot dogs, chicken. Am also giving a veggie dog chew to help with keeping teeth clean, mainly for Archie but Mardi loves them too, LOL.

Hot dogs, chicken, kibble, apples, carrots, blueberries. We also train with Zukes treats, recommended by a police dog trainer friend of mine. Thor loves them. They are also kind of soft, so you can tell (even feeling through the bag) if they are old.

For high value I find myself using things like cheese, weiners (ok not really healthy haha) and other meats I make for myself. or roll over food (small package)
I use lots of treats. I pick canadian brands for the most part. Treats with few ingredients (like dehydrated liver, benny bully) made in ontario/canada. I have a friend that makes home made treats so I use those and I often make some myself as well.
Here are some I use/recommend:

Made in the USA | Truth about Pet Food
From the article:
"Did you know that the ‘Made in the USA’ claim on a pet food or pet treat requires that food or treat to be made with 100% US ingredients? Apparently many pet food regulatory authorities don’t know this. Why else would so many pet foods be making that Made in the USA statement on their labels when all ingredients are not of US origin?"
There are various food and treat examples in the article.
amazing companies in the USA are hiding/fibbing on the stamp "made in the USA" I want to blame some1 so I blame politicians...but that wont solve the problem...Sometimes I wish somebody in power/famous got a dose of concern and that made national news...Aways seems the little guy/girl gets short end of stick.
Chicken for training purposes - I only switched to this a few weeks ago and its been way better. The store bought treats were so dry and made him so thirsty - and just didn't seem to have much nutrition. Now I go with chicken and its working great (also my fingers don't smell gross now!). I also feed cabanossi/kabana sometimes too - he loves that
I also use kibble when we are out walking at night time - and that counts as his dinner.
We also have a place near us called 'pupcake bakery' that does homemade dog treats - so we use those as a little treat here and there - but they are too big for training

Stick with treats that I know are made in the USA. My husband is a true stickler regarding what his dog has always had for treats. Pet Store we frequent, owner has his treats made and he's a stickler too. So feel real safe regarding treats I buy.
Also regarding veggies, like to know where they come from too. Might say "Made in USA" but actually come from somewhere else. My husband knows the manager of the supermarket as he has talked with him extensively as to where their fresh veggies come from.
