Need food for dog with Mast Cell tumors

I have been a member of this board for a long time (10yrs) however, lost all my login info and started a new account.
My almost 10 year old Black Lab, Boo just had some tumors removed that were Mast Cell, Stage 2 low grade.
Just getting started on learning how to deal and treat this I know feeding low carb, grain free diet is what should be done.
What, in your opinion, is the best low carb, grain free dry food. Don't mind feeding canned if I absolutely have to, but
I also have to try to be as economical as I can. Also I live in the country and my resources are limited.
And help is appreciated and even pointing me in the right direction to any site is welcomed.
