CBD oil will help, if not eliminate, seizures. Though might not be legal where you live.

I don't know if there is proof that it helps dogs.

While studies are limited due to the nature of product logistically it makes sense considering it works in humans
    But there is this
Cannabidiol exerts anti-convulsant effects in animal... [Seizure. 2012] - PubMed - NCBI
In the pilocarpine model CBD (all doses) significantly reduced the percentage of animals experiencing the most severe seizures. In the penicillin model, CBD (≥ 10 mg/kg) significantly decreased the percentage mortality as a result of seizures; CBD (all doses) also decreased the percentage of animals experiencing the most severe tonic-clonic seizures.

You can call it anecdotal if you like but with just a little bit of research I think will find plenty of proof it does help dogs. There is even a company (link listed here) that makes its product specifically for animals.

Also, they claim to have 5 years worth of medical studies and for pets it appears to be legal in all 50 states.

I have been reading the same thing about the CBD oils! My friend uses it for her human daughter and until they had to stop (it is still illegal in their state so they are moving their entire family to another state to get their daughter back into the trials) she was having incredible success. She went from high double digit seizures to a few a day. If I had a dog with seizures, I would definitely look into it.
