where do you have in mind for practicing?
I have some private docks I know I could use, but they are close to marinas with heavy boat traffic

theres a couple of nice docks over at sutton lake that doesnt have alot of traffic,theres also a couple of docks along the cape fear river that could be also used,also i was going to check and see what the normal length of the platform(dock) is and maybe try to fab one up so i could easily move it with my small trailer,there a several trails off river road that leads to the river and have area where if i had a portable dock it would be perfect
