Does my dog look small?

Hi all,

My dog's around 14 months and for the past few month's i've compared him with other labs on our walks. He seems to be very small for his age! I was wondering what you lot thought and weather it could be something to do with his dog food?

Ignore the yellow glare!

Hi there,

Do you know his height and weight as there is nothing with which to compare him in the photograph.

What were his mum and dad like?

27.5" tall and 80lbs certainly doesn't sound small to me.

Also remember that not all pedigree lines mature at the same speed... some dogs will be "full grown" at his age, while slower lines may not fill out til about 2 to even 3 years old. I agree 80 pounds doesnt sound small : )

Handsome boy & a good size, definately not too small. He might still put on another 5 kilos.

Sounds like a fine young man to us. Our Dixie is only 65lbs. at 16 months. Her mom was about the same size and the vet said she is just right. I would think the boys tend to be a bit bigger and he seems right on pace.
