    Tuna fudge treats

I made some treats for Diggity tonight. Super easy to make. Next time I’ll substitute a healthier flour in for the AP flour I used, but otherwise, it was a great recipe. Diggity approved.

2 (6 ounce) cans of tuna in water (do not drain)
    1 1⁄2 cups flour
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Spread mixture into a greased or nonstick 9x9 cake pan or use silicone treat trays.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then bake at 275 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on how hard you want the treats. I ended up baking for the full 60 minutes.
Store in refrigerator for up to a week or longer in freezer.

I need to give these a try. By the way, I love your cookie cutters.

I never thought I'd see the words "tuna" and "fudge" in the same sentence and think "Yum". That looks like a wonderful treat.
