    Beef Liver Jerky

1-2 lbs beef liver wash and freeze in seperate pieces I used seran wrap

    pre heat oven to 200
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
cut beef liver while frozen into 1/4 inch thick pieces. It will thaw while cutting I cut smaller for training
Place liver on baking sheet not touching each other
Bake for 2 hour rotating pan half way through.
let cool for 10 min on tray and then place on wire rack to cool completly

good in fridge for 2 week and freezer for about 4 months its never lasted me that long

The texture depending on size may be flexible and may be slightly spongy inside.

If using a dehydrator follow dehydrating instructions for meat do not spice.
