Oh, no no NOOOOOooooo Please don't politicize puppies!!!!

During this whole wretched political season, I've taken refuge in loving on my dog and visiting websites like this one. But it seems like there is no safe place, nothing that can't be politicized and therefore ruined.

One of the biggest super PACs is trying to woo millennials by bringing puppies to the polls - Business Insider

I think I'll sit with Rocket Dog and listen to some Bach. And drink.

(Partita for solo violin in D minor... a good start.)

Mmmmm... Prelude for Lute in C minor. Beautiful. (Must be something about the minor key's lately. But whatever it takes to cancel out the talking heads.)

    Oh, geez...

Is it bad that I have two buttons saying, "Dogs for _______"??? (see how nice I'm playing by not identifying the person I'm voting for?)

I wear one of those when I've got the pooches with me....a plain one when I'm solo.

My parents encouraged political awareness. This election season has inspired me to have great compassion for my American neighbours . . .

I've always found Aaron Coplands' Appalachian Suite to be a wonderful work.

George Winston is another favourite, calming, restful.

Whatever side you're on... thank you for refraining. It's just been a tough election year.
