So Crafther checked on the Latte Cam yesterday and she was out of her pen. She had a grand time. She shredded my Star Trek communicator, the pet sitters notebook, a ink pen(no ink leaked), a paperback copy of Great Expectations, all of my birthday cards... We called the port sitters& they stopped by early & penned her back up. Now we have snap rings on the gate too. We never saw Mocha on camera. We think he was laying on the couch telling her" you better stop, your going to be in do much trouble!" Our pet sitters picked up all the trash, they are fantastic!

Maybe she went after the petsitter's notebook because it listed her being naughty and she had to destroy the evidence. Haha.

I can only think it was my error in not latching the gate all the way. She has escaped once before and the pet sitter had not latched the gate. There are 4 "J" hook that the gate sits in and I think I left the bottom one out of the hook and she wiggled the gate open. Today we have 2 snap rings that we use as back up locks.
