    "Prangry"

Friday morning, Latte was not happy just going back to sleep after Sparky left for work. She was in her expen just whining and crying. So I got up and told her to hush. She was excited to see me and jumped up on the side. She's put her paws on top before, but this time she jumped a bit with her back legs. I could see the thought cross her mind. I could see the moment it dawned on her. I could see the look on her face when she realized. She can jump over the top. And she did. 36" vertical leap and cleared the top in one jump! I was shocked. I didn't know whether to be proud or angry (proud + angry = prangry).

I had an appt and had to leave, so I put her in bedtime kennel. She has never gotten out of her kennel before. When I got home, Mocha didn't meet me at the door like he usually does. Latte did. The kitchen, living room and dining room floors were covered in shredded paper (anything on the counter), socks, underwear, 2 teddy bears (surprisingly not shredded), box of Kleenex (box and tissues shredded) and an empty plastic bag (also not shredded). She bent the door on the kennel and got the kennel out of whack and popped the door open! I was not happy.

Then I realized the empty bag was full of rawhide bones. Oh crap (literally)! I believe at this point, Mocha stepped in to help. Latte had 2AM and 4AM diarrhea.

Now her expen has become her ex-expen. We got out Mocha's old kennel and bought clips to hold the door closed. So far so good. We thought we knew what to expect with a puppy, but WOW she is a very different puppy than Mocha.

You have no idea. As a matter of fact, neither did we!
This morning at 5:00am the final remanants of her escape came back. I'm very happy it all came out but why did it have to be at 5:00am?

Mischief + high intelligence = an aptitude of creative ability. At least that's my story!!!

Just think of all the FUN you had cleaning up!! Glad Latte has a clean stomach and bowels now.

What a little stinker. She must have read the posts about Archie and his fun with the TP, which still continues whenever he has a chance.

I do suggest you zip tie all sides, top and bottom with two zips per side. She might try to break out that way and it can be dangerous. Along with your clips for the door she "should" be safe.
