My co-owner who has the sire is also coming by to see the boy I'm holding onto (hoping she'll like him!!!) tomorrow too.

Anyhow, introducing the 2 keepers who remain nameless for now.... My girl is a real terd though... so been calling her Maggot (you know, apple maggot??). There are several other apple names I'm considering too, but waiting to see if the personality sticks or not. The boy's nickname has been Higgins by my co-owner. He is much sweeter than his sis. LOL.

I think you are right. But they mature slower. I mean... in training the females are concentrating like lazer beams and the males of the same age are just all... duh-dee-doh-dee-doh.

Anne... you haven't named one Granny Smith yet have you?

I am seriously thinking this one needs to be Pip (Pippin). Yikes. She managed to break off a lower canine yesterday late. Sigh.

She sounds like she is going to be an awesome dog (once she learns to channel all that 'tude for you that is), they are cute as puppies for a reason, right?

I love that name "Pip" and I knew exactly what your definition was for using that. I've known lots of dogs/kids/people I've called a pip before, not usually to their face though! My Lark is a bit of a pip, too.
