I think you're just messing with us....all those Instagram pictures show him as a sweet little angel.

We still prop a baby gate at the bottom of our stairs to keep our beasts from electing to go upstairs on their own. It started when Chase was young and wanted to eat every sock in the world. Then Lark discovered she has a taste for soap and if she runs upstairs, she heads straight for the tub to see if any soap has been left within reach. Baby gates seem to be a permanent decor item here. I can just visualize little Archie running around with a big old smile, having himself a ball but driving you nuts!

We have a gate at the top of the stairs. That was enough to deter Jules from going up. Archie hasn't learned that yet I guess. We had one at the bottom but we kept tripping over it and a result my husband broke it. $75 down the drain! I may try it again though.

I'd recommend he cheap ones from Walmart. We bought them in bulk. We live in a ranch so put a gate up at the top of he steps when we got Bear. He's never tried the steps and now the gate is gone.
