Your favorite puzzle treat toys for puppies

What are they? Looking to keep Archie busy for a bit. I know there are many puzzle treat toys out there. Looking for some recommendations from personal experience.

Mine loved the Omega Tricky Treat ball, Kong Wobbler, Starmark Pickle Pocket- gosh, we have so many others as well but those are the ones that come to mind first. I could put their entire meal into the tricky treat ball or Wobbler but usually gave them half in the bowl and half in the toy. They are still so happy when I put part of their meal into one of those. They also like the Orbee tuff Snoop toy although it might be large for Archie. Lark keeps trying to chew the trumpet end off the Kong Genius toy but Chase liked that one. He figured out how to tip it up so the kibble would come out the trumpet end, Lark tried to chew through the side of the toy. Maybe not a genius there! Some of them come in different sizes so you would pick the best size for Archie.

We had to find really tough things that could stand up to a labrador's energy and drive. Consequently, these toys are harder for the dog. If Archie is not particularly food-driven, they might not be the best for him right now. But here are the ones that stood up to Kimber's love:

And Nina Ottosen's puzzles (spendy, but sometimes you can find a 2-for-1 sale).

He's food driven when he's really hungry [emoji16] I have to basically feed him his dinner during training class. But I'm gonna check-out all those links. Thanks!

Snuffle mat! Not only does it keep them busy for quit a while, but it makes them kinda tired!

Omg that's a brilliant toy! How chewable is the actual fabric?

I can't seem to view the video on Safari or Chrome.

I made a snuffle mat for my 2 knuckle heads. The fabric is as sturdy as the fabric you use. I used felt strips which would be pretty easy to tear if my dogs wanted to. As a puppy, Chase would have ripped it up pretty quickly, he could rip a towel to shreds in no time. Mine are 4 and 10 now and don't rip up soft toys or towels any longer so they're good with the snuffle mat. You could pretty much use any type of fabric but you have to be able to push it through the holes of the rubber mat and tie it. I had a photo of it but must have deleted it from my laptop. If Archie chews up stuffies or underwear or blankets or other soft material, I'd probably hold off on it for now. They do like it when they discover I've thrown a few kibbles into it when they were off doing other doggy things.

They are not supposed to chew the fabric, but if they get a little, it should come out in the poo. A puppy would need to be supervised and you'd take it away once the food was gone. My dogs did learn that they could pick it up and then eat it off the floor, but I feed Fromm, which is very small and easy to really get in there so as long as they don't learn to shake it, it's still challenging for them.
