She would get bored and stand up and start talking to me out loud with low growls and then barks - and I would say "do you want to go visiting". She would get all excited and my mom just loved it. So the leashes would go on the girls and I would leave their grandma and go make our rounds to the patients. The patients and staff all miss her so much. I continue to go every day as hard as it is for me emotionally when people question why I only have 2 dogs with me......... But I need to keep up my girls daily routine for their sake. and I need to keep busy when I am not with clients.

I truly know I will see her again some day. She is up above now with all those that went before her, my father who she loved, and 4 of her babies that were lost at birth. She is taking care of them now. She was such a great momma. After about 3 weeks of birth I would move from the kitchen couch and back to my bedroom with her and a baby monitor. When she heard her babies wake up at night she would jump off my bed and go down to nurse them and then come back to bed with me........
Jazz sounded like a very sweet girl [emoji22]

Patty, the pain and grief in your heart of losing your sweet Jazz has to be overwhelming and as do the vet bills. I gave some to try to help.

I so, so wish I could clear ALL the bills and leave you some in reserve.

You are the what all breeders should be. Devoted to the improvement of the wonderful Lab breed, making sure your mommas and pups are of the highest health and temperament and pups going to the right family.

I am blessed by God with Gabe's health. I pray He sends and Angel of Comfort to you.

blackboy 98 your post is so heart felt: thank you so much and for what you gave (never forget, every bit counts). I try to do the best I can for all my pups and will endeavor to always do so.

Unfortunately I have no control over the gofundme page as a friend did it for me but she assures me that she is sending thank yous to all. I am trying to find out how I can get involved to do this. It is all new to me. I am the one though that you see the heart next to your name that one person (mainly me) clicked on it to say thank you.

I am beyond thankful for all of you = I am still healing in my heart........

Jazz's daughter, Stormy, went a bit nuts last night barking (fear bark - I know the difference) around 10 pm and shaking and her heart was pounding... Mean while her grandma, Miya never made a move or peap...... I wonder if Jazz was here and only her daughter could sense it....... don't call me crazy..... I have never experienced this but will never discount it either........

Yes, your friend has sent a thank you email, just so you know. She should have email addresses for the donors, we weren't asked for actual addresses.

It must be so hard for you to watch the other members of Jazz's family trying to understand what has happened. Continued virtual hugs and support from your Lab Board family.

oh Patty, so very sorry you've lost your sweet Jazz. Your writing about her over the years allowed us to know her a little bit... I too lost a beloved boy to a sudden surgery, he just never woke up. It still haunts me. As do the vet bills from several of his surgeries, the goofy boy would eat anything...
I pray that your other babies help heal your heart.
