    Nikki's surgery is tomorrow.

It's scary but she's doing so well right now that this is definitely the best time. Talked to people this morning fresh off of their vacations and apparently the mass could very well be causing the abdominal upset and subsequent pancreatitis. So it's really a no brainer to do the surgery and her liver is much better. Clearly she was about to go into meltdown so we're happy to have caught it. They called at 7 am to schedule so I'm thrilled that we're a priority and we can get this taken care of.

Are you sick of the mojo requests yet?

Never, ever short of mojo of Nicki. Sending prayers that this is the answer, that she comes through the surgery very well and on her way to recovery.

Please update as soon as you have word and can.

Thank you everyone. She's scheduled for the last slot of the day.

We were told that she might get bumped if he has an emergency because his slate is full today so I'm hoping that doesn't happen. She gets really stressed when she's there so going back tomorrow would not be good.

Now, in the time honored tradition of my courageous past behavior in the face of similar circumstances, I am going back to bed and sleeping through this.
