    Kind thoughts please

Achilles, aka Chili Dog, goes to the doggy dentist tomorrow (Friday) for several extractions. It should be very straightforward with no known concerns other than he's 13(?) years old. I am completely confident in the vet and support staff. Nonetheless, kind thoughts will be appreciated. Thank you.

Definitely sending mojo and good thoughts.

Archie here: Other than feeling a little goofy afterwards, it's not all that bad. After a little healing, your mouth feels so much better, easier to eat the special treats you can con off Mom and Dad.

    Please keep us updated.

Good thoughts for Achilles...doggy anesthesia is always concerning, more so for us humans when age is involved.

Sending our best thoughts for a smooth procedure. Must be a bit tough being a dentist, dog or human, since is there anyone who really enjoys a trip to the dentist? Good luck, Chili Dog!

I'm sure Achilles will be fine. Itty Bitty KItty had some out, twice, when she was 17. I think her poor little mouth had been really bothering her as she ate much better after her gums healed up. Ice cream may not be the thing with sore teeth, but soft food for a while and he'll be good to chomp.
