    Rally the Lab Board Mojo

Good thoughs and prayers for 12 y/o Grace today. She's getting a small tumor removed from the inside of her eye lid, as well as 2 lipomas, one rather large in her armpit. The eye HAS to get done, so we opted to do the other removals too since she'll be under. Jack had the same eye thing done a few years back.

Also, Wrigley is getting spayed today. Some of you may know she's been having seizures, basically cluster grand mals about once a month. The neurologist and vet both agree that the next step is to spay her vs. increasing her meds in order to try to get her stabilized so we aren't plagued with the clusters. Hopefully this helps.

So our youngest and oldest get to hang at the vet together today.

It's gonna be one of those days....

    ***UPDATE***
Grace and Wrigley came through with flying colors. Both girls are being good, no cones of shame necessary. Grace's eye is beautiful. Her lipoma spots are healing up nicely. Other than Wrigley's bare belly, you can barely tell she has a scar now.

Oh gosh, what a stressful combination of veterinary procedures! Sending mojo from here to guide the vet's hands to smooth and successful outcomes for both these dear girls.

Oh boy. Maybe they will each know the other is there and be somewhat consoled and calmed by that? You can hope. Double mojo on the way.

Oh, gosh...all good thoughts headed your way. Anesthesia is concerning enough when you don't have to be concerned with age or seizures.

Let us know how they do.

Best wishes for both of the girls. Wrigley's seizures and Grace's armpit lump worry me from the experiences I've had in the past with these issues. Hope all goes well, and major mojo sent.

Wow that's a lot going on for one day. I guess if you are going to have to worry, might as well do it all together. Sending prayers for a speedy recovery for everyone.
