    Partying too hard

We had our annual 4th of July party. We have about 25 people and lots of good food and drink. It was pretty hot and humid so we made sure to have plenty of ice water.
We don't feed Mocha and Latte dinner before the party. Instead we place their dinner in little Solo cups and set them on all the tables. We ask our friends to feed the pups. This works way better than our friends feeding them hot dogs and other junk. We are not blind and they do get some contraband but no where near as much if we didn't use the little solo cups.
They had a great time and entertained our friends as wonderful Labassidors. Several of our friends brought the pups toys.
They were worn out. Mocha slept in the bed with us all night! He never sleeps all night with us.
Here they are about 11:00 last night.

That's such a good idea with the solo cups! I might steal that. Sounds like y'all had a good time!

Sounds like fun! Those guys look exhausted. I agree, setting out approved food for your friends to give the dogs was such a great idea- hopefully Mocha didn't hog all Latte's food! (Actually, at our house, Lark would try to push Chase aside if she thought he was getting something good)

Luckily most of our friends are dog lovers and understand they need to share. In full disclosure Crafther thought up the idea of the small solo cups of food.

That solo cup idea is truly genius. At our parties, it's our friends' kids who want to feed the dogs. Thankfully, the kids always ask permission and since we always have veggie platters at our parties, the pups get lots of green beans and baby carrots from the kiddos. I may have to try the dinner-in-a-solo cup idea for our next shindig!

Excellent idea, the solo cups. Their total exhaustion shows they had a grand time.
