We met the two ladies with three poodle mixes again and had a chat then went our ways. Past them I found some small mushrooms and got down to take photos of them. I heard barking and growling and looked up to see that the neutered male who growls at Oban had come back. I looked the other way, Oban was down the trail ahead of me. The dog was barking and growling at me. From a distance. I think it was because I was on my knees, resting my forearms on the ground, with my behind stuck up in the air. I didn't look human anymore, I guess. LOL The ladies called him and he went off to rejoin his own humans who were properly standing up straight.

I guess one could do worse than to be mistaken for a dog!
I don't think he knew what I was. His ladies must not garden.

Do I say this or do I not? Oh, what the heck....
With your butt up in the air, he figured you wanted to introduce yourself properly and he'd respond to your invitation.
You should have started sniffing him!!!
