    Poor Chloe!

Despite the unseasonably warm weather today, there was no swimming on our usual run .... someone put too much ice in her lake! And the annoying part was there was a big patch of open water filled with geese taunting her, but no way to get to it without going over the ice.

Poor girl, but going out on the ice is just too dangerous. Chloe, tell Mom to throw your bumper out into an open field, much safer than that darn ice!!

So tempting for you Chloe but very dangerous. Those geese are not worth it. You do take a beautiful picture though.

And then back again next week :-(

You’d think she wouldn’t be so surprised because it happens every year, but she was NOT happy, LOL.

Yes, Cassie isn't a fan of this time of year either ... the ducks are there but Dad will not let me out on the ice. It is tough because she is used to being able to run the woods off leash but with the ice not being safe, I keep her on a leash.
