It is very sad that so many people either not being responsible enough to ensure they have a properly trained ESA (or one capable of being an ESA out in public) or lying about the ESA (though you do need a doctor's note - curious if they were not checkin those ... though possibly easy to try and forge). the bad eggs are ruining it for those who need it and respect common sense.
curious about this - while I agree; who exactly can sign this? can my vet? can my friend? any so called trainer? it's wayy too general to really help anything. not that i want to create hurdles for those truly needing an ESA.
