My fave photo of him is the one in front of the ivy where you can see his beautiful topline and tailset. I thought his grand dam, Africa, was so beautiful.

BTW, Jen, I hope you send little miss Tickle to Potomac. Is she going to go with Stefanie? I want to see Tickle in person!

We're planning to breed her as soon as she comes into season, which should be soon per Jed's expert "boy nose" - sometime between now and next month. So she'll be on momma-duties around Potomac. I'm toying with Palm Springs next January since my in-laws live near by.

Palm Springs is a great show. Beautiful grounds and lots to see. Good luck with your breeding!

Yes, this is the WKC best of breed Labrador this year. :-) Nice boy, and his people are super nice, as well.

I agree it's very difficult if not impossible to judge via video, or even still pics, and it was not my intention to fat shame any of these competitors. It was just an observation on my part.

I really did think today's winner was a very nice dog, he moved very well, nice head and expression. Hopefully he will do well in the group!
