I know you'll get there one of these days. It will hopefully be worth the wait! Good luck with Tickle!

This club is lucky. They have trophy sponsors from around the world! The club works hard to make the show special and unique. I always sponsor bred by exhibitor chocolate dog and bred by exhibitor chocolate bitch.

Shelley, I don't know...I think her littermate gives her a run for her money! I could be slightly biased. :-)

Litter sister Friday says "Hey handsome brother Khan! xoxo"

Friday a little more recently, she was wet from swimming, she and Khan will be 2 years old soon, I love both of their headpieces :-)

Everyone looking for a quality Labrador should be doing due diligence when researching breeders.

All this "English", UK, etc... verbiage just confuses people, look for a breeder that breeds the style you like, do your research and go from there. I usually just tell people that an "English" Labrador was born in the UK, and and "American" Labrador was born on USA soil. LOL
Sorry, it popped into my mind due to the huge % of folks who continue to call the show/ bench bred dogs here "English". I should have stated that! I'd guess that 9 out of 10 pet homes inquiring about pups now use that term and it's driving me "cra-cra". LOL.

The veterans are the best! You can tell that some of them may not be showing as much as when they were younger and being campaigned -- how they LOVE the return to the spotlight! I am not ashamed to admit that I have cried some tears when watching some of my favorite veterans showing. Something about those noble gray faces, and adorable feet going gray/white, and their youthful spirit in aging bodies. It gets to me. I love the oldsters. I always take photos ringside at the veterans classes at Potomac.
