    Our baby is here!

Just got the happy news that the litter was born yesterday. 8 pups - 5 boys and 3 girls. We’re #2 in the list for a boy. It’s going to be a loooong eight weeks!

Oh, and he’ll be coming home 9 days before I have a houseful of family visiting for a week. [emoji15]

“Because of the dog's joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”

Oh my gosh....so exciting. I remember like it was yesterday and when I first brought Asher home. Little stinker is 15 months old now. Can't wait to see all your pictures.

We have a few, but I don't think we'll pick one until we meet the pup. My dogs have always kind of helped name themselves, so we'll just wait and see what one feels right.
