    Thank you all!

Cookie is back home. I thought I’d have to carry him to the car but he was on his feet when I arrived. He is doing great. He is not groggy like after his last surgery 3 years ago (FHO). I hope the wound will heal quickly and I’m hoping for good histopathology results. The vet said we caught it early.

He is acting fine, we went to the vet for the antibiotic shot. I hope the incision heals fast and with no complications, I’ve noticed some swelling but the vet assured me it’s normal.

Otherwise, he’s miserable with the cone of shame.

If only my mom would get me some undies I wouldn't have to wear my cone.

Now the wait for the diagnosis...all good thoughts to bend the results in the right direction!

Pathology results came in today, Cookie’s tumor was a seminoma. These can metastasize in about 10% of the cases, so let’s hope we are not that unlucky.

The swelling has subsided thankfully, however the incision has not healed yet. I hope it will heal soon so that we can go back to our fountain!
