If you don't mind, please pass on my condolences as well. I don't have a fb or instagram account but I did follow Major and Forbes. I think their accounts must be set to public?

Wow, I guessed on my password and it worked! I haven't been on here in years but randomly decided to take a look today and saw this thread up top. Thank you all so much for the kind words. This is the place that helped Major and I create the amazing bond we shared for almost 11 years. He was a once in a lifetime kind of dog and I have since learned touched many other lives while he was here. His little brother Forbes is doing well. He's a bit lonely but I'm doing my best to keep him busy and tired and he has been the best cuddling buddy I could ever ask for. Hopefully I will have the time to check in here more often and share stories about Forbes, the biggest clown you'll ever encounter. If not, the boys have their own Facebook page and eventually I will post Forbes updates. Forgive me, I've forgotten how to resize these images when you upload.

I'm so glad Facebook let me scroll around even though I'm not a member there. (that Halloween pic was an "OMG moment" for me...too funny)

I'm so sorry, Adrienne...our time with our pups is never long enough. Major was such a nifty dog.

I follow Adrienne on FB and the adventures of Major and Forbes. I read about Major's illness but hoped he would pull through. I was really saddened to hear that he unfortunately passed away. I never met him, but though pictures and stories I felt he was such a sweet dog and really loved by many.

May you run free, sweet boy.

Oh gosh Adrienne, I had seen something about more tests, and then some wonderful photos, and I had no idea he was so sick....I just love the big goofy happy loving boy. So sorry for your loss. He really is a one-of-a-lifetime dog. In a lot of ways he always reminded me of Scout, I thought they were similar in a lot of ways.
