    Loose/Lost Dog Rant

I'm in a couple of lost pet groups and a few days ago visitors to our area lost their dog. Members of the group helped find her. This morning the poor dog is missing again and the people are getting ready to head home. What is wrong with these people?

Thankfully, I guess, the dog was found a few hours after the missing report went up.

Having the pooch escape one time might be understandable but you'd think they'd be more careful so it didn't happen again.

Someone in the group might do some educating for these people.
