Another update:
Came home from work to find a message from the co-owner/pharmacist of the pharmacy asking me to phone him. I did and he also apologized several times for the errors and asked "how can we make this right to keep you as our customer?" I'm still thinking about this...
He explained that the head-pharm was relieving their regular pharmacist and that he was out of line with some of his comments. He assured me that all involved, good and bad, would meet with him to discuss this further and to learn from, and improve on these mistakes. He even offered to deliver Ursa's next refill to my house himself. Good attempt and rather nice.
I'm done with this, Ursa is set for meds for the next 3 months and then we'll see...
