    Love living in the country!

This little guy surprised me when I was moving some old wood to the burn pile. He was a fighter! He kept striking at the stick I was using to move him.
I moved him to the creek so he could catch dinner.

I love living in the country as well, it is why I do! But, those little critters I can definitely do without!

I just look up this little critter. It is a
    Kirtland’s snake. It is non-poisonous.

I've only run across one little sidewinder this year. That's all.
