Typically caused by yeast. I mix a solution of 1/2 Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/2 water in a plastic container big enough to hold a foot - make enough to cover the foot when the dog stands in the container. Then I do a foot soak for a a couple of minutes for each foot. Gently pat the feet off with a towel (don't rub). I cover and save the leftover mixture to reuse until it's gross. If your dog is well behaved, make up two containers to get two feet done at a time. This helps my little allergy dog. I do it a couple of times a day when her feet have flair ups.
