I usually do full litter eye exams at 7 or 8 weeks old, before they go home, but they couldn't fit me in this time. There are things we look for that can only been seen when they are babies, so it is good to do eye exams when they are still young puppies. I edited my OP to say that yes indeed, she did pass with flying colors :-)
Breeding dogs get (well, they Should) annual eye exams, as a breeding clearance. I do mine annually until they are 8 or 9 years old, just to make sure their eyes are still healthy into senior-hood.
