Thanks everyone. It's been very hard and weird not having him at home. I keep looking for him in the yard as he tended to wonder around the side of the house so I always had to make sure he came in. I went to vacuum yesterday and i didn't have a Sheltie attacking it. You know the annoying things that I now miss.

Rico's breeder just told me she just bred one of my fav bitches the stud is gorgeous as well if she's in whelp we find out next week then pups will be ready in the spring. Haven't decided yet if I'm ready plus we just got Ruger I guess we will see when the time comes.

I'm so very sorry for your loss.....the photo you shared of Rico with his kittens is precious. He had a great long life with you and that is all any dog can ask for, but their time with us is always way too short......if the breeder's dog turns out to be pregnant, perhaps by springtime you will have recovered enough to welcome a new pup into your loving heart & home! Sending along hugs for you & your family. Run with the wind, Rico!
