Very happy to hear he's doing better. Things like this are so scary, and I hope all continues in a positive direction.

Well, crossing fingers that we are in the clear. He managed to get food in him and keep in down including some of his regular kibble by the end of the day. Just got up this morning he's almost back to his normal routine. Went out pee, gave him a small amount of kibble with chicken, and now he's back in bed with DH.

So, as the vet thought, is was probably gastroenteritis? He didn't have any diarrhea leading up to the vomiting. Still waiting on his first poop since starting to eat again.

Either way, thank you to the Lab mojo!

Good to hear he is going better. Katie gave us a scare like that. Same regime at the E-vet, blood work, fluids and antinausea med. Slowly eased her back into food with chicken and rice then adding a little kibble. Took a couple of days to get back to her regular normal. No telling what she got into but I do suspect she may have munched a mushroom which was growing in the moist grass. I try to keep them picked up but you know labs.

Sending more mojo for continued recovery.
