I don't know if they still make them but my dogs' favorite was always the Buster Cube. We don't use it much these days as I'd prefer to know who is eating what and with that thing it's a free-for-all, LOL, but a few years ago when Chloe was on crate rest in an ex-pen we tried all sorts of puzzle toys but the Buster Cube was her favorite.

The Outward Hound slow feeders are at my Costco right now, but also Amazon. I use these with ground raw food mostly.

The Pickle - though it's pretty easy.

Snuffle mats - to be used with Kibble.

Raw items such as knuckle bones and beef rib bones are good. If you can find fresh turkey feet, those take awhile.

He has a tendency to carry them over to his bed to shake out the last of the kibble and then I have to be alert and retrieve before he chews them too much. I just started feeding him some of his meals on the aforementioned Snuffle Mat -- it really slows him down and I love to sip my coffee while listening to him inhale as he searches thru the fabric fringe.

I also purchased another snuffle mat that is larger and has more challenges https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I will introduce this to him for when I really want to occupy him for awhile! Several people, with labs from the rescue that I got Coal from, love this.

Finally, the orange Omega Tricky Balls are great -- he gets one in his crate when I leave for work and one with his dog walker. On weekends, he is really annoyed that I am not going to work and will stand expectantly in his crate... He has both large and small sizes. If your ball does not come with a drain hole in the opposite end, I recommend drilling one as it is annoying to dry after cleaning (I often let it drip into the dimples at the inside bottom that use a paper towel wrapped on a chopstick to clean). dog,
We have two of the Omega balls. She loves them!
