After 16 weeks I go to MONTHS.
Yep. You and me, both. I mourn the loss of saturated color places on his face....unlike Bandit and Rocky, Dan's white whiskers just pretty much make him look derelict. Gonna have to get the camera out.
Hah...come to think of it, my own head looks pretty derelict now, too, especially when it's humid out.
After 16 weeks I go to MONTHS.

I'm pretty much in line with everyone else. Weeks to 16, months to 2 years...........

I usually switch to months after 12 weeks, sometimes 16 weeks.
Either way, the vet and your state will count months from day of birth for mandatory Rabies vaccination dates, and for shows, such as the 4-6 month puppy class, and 6-9 in real shows, we calculate using the day of birth. Monday just had her first real conformation show (6-9 months class) last weekend, she was whelped 6/9/2018, and was 6 months old 12/9/2018, and will be 8 months old 2/9/2019 in a few days.

4 mos is typically ~17.5 wks (when I like to hear about puppy weights etc). After that, I go to months for the most part.
